I hear that the Cats will be coming back to Catskill for Memorial Day through late September. They are really something not to miss. Last year's cats were so much fun. One more unique than the next - from a cat that looked like a Monet painting to one that looked like a Hunter snowcat and more. This one is my personal favorite - since it's so over the top. I hear that Hudson will be doing Dogs this year too - in conjunction with Catskill's cats - so you can cross the bridge and see them both.
While you're in Catskill - don't forget to take advantage of these great restaurants and shops!
Great restaurant! Have eaten lunch here a couple of times and always have a hard time making a decision on what to order - since there's so many good choices. Fabulous salads and if you're hungrier - awesome sandwiches.
Another yummy spot to eat. Not open everyday - so catch it on the weekends when it is open and hoppin'. Tasty sandwiches for lunch. I think they're open for dinner too - and if dinner is as good as lunch - you'll really want to check it out.
Had the privilege of getting a tour of this gorgeous B&B a few years ago. What a fantastic renovation these guys have done. The house is really well-done with antiques, expert faux painted finishes and wonderful details.
Very cool kids shoe store on West Bridge Street in Catskill. Rivals anything that I've ever seen in any mall - only much nicer. Everything from infants soft shoes to big kids cool sandals and sneakers...;if it's good quality shoes you are looking for this
If you get up into the mountains, you've got to eat dinner here. We had a really wonderful meal here from the apps to the desserts it was four star in my book. I'd definitely go back next time I'm in Windham - and worth the trip if you're anywhere else in
