Reception hours from 2-4pm. Jean Mackay has studied and taught natural history and ecology for more than 20 years. She uses art as a way to observe nature and to share the beauty and diversity of life around us. Many of her watercolors follow in the tradition of 18th and 19th century naturalist-explorers who documented the rich variety of plants and wildlife in newly discovered lands throughout the world. She holds a MS in Environmental Education from Leslie University and the Audubon Expedition Institute. Exhibit runs from February 5 through March 26th.
